Black & White Ebony Instrument Lumber

This beautiful Black and White Ebony is kiln dried, wax sealed on the ends, and is ready for use. Some boards may have some internal checks that are not visible from the outside. Uncommonly beautiful, you’ll see the unique patterns and contrast in each individually pictured board! It is natural in this species to have hairline checks along the black stripes. Sandpaper and glue can easily remedy this! Pin holes may be present. We have carefully described the defects; however, hairline checks can be present that are not specifically noted. 1/16" to 1/8" bow/twist may be present in boards over 36" long. This incredible hardwood is unmatched in beauty and delivers a glass-like natural polish. This piece has checks, inclusions, and splits. Please see pictures for details.
