INCLUDES 5 WOOD BLANKS (several blanks are shown to indicate the range of color/grain to expect). One of the whitest woods in the World, Holly is an American species that is Ivory white in color. Though still mostly white, some or all of this grade has subtle mineral colored streaking that is bluish/grey in color. Small pin knots up to 1/4" in diameter and/or some figure is allowed in this grade. This species works extremely well! It turns & polishes well while taking fine detail. Holly has the best woodworking properties of all of the white woods in the world! This wood is kiln dried and ready to use. Skill Level: Beginner.
