Gabon Ebony - Striped Turning Square (11-7/8" x 2-3/4" x 2-3/4")

INCLUDES 1 WOOD BLANK (several blanks are shown to indicate the range of color/grain to expect). Genuine Gabon Ebony is extremely rare and hard to find, especially in the dark color that we have available in this wood. Ebony takes a very high polish and turns well despite its density. It works, glues, and finishes well with some blunting on tools. There may be a few pin holes, surface checks, and rough edges. Colors in this grade will range from mostly dark to a combination of dark with some color streaking. This wood is partially air dried, wax sealed, and contains residual moisture.
