Extra Fancy Ambrosia Maple Cookie

This colorful Ambrosia Maple has stunning color streaks and the possibility of fiddleback. It is a unique hardwood that is kiln dried and ready to use. The colorful ambrosia streaks are caused by the Ambrosia beetle. Some small Ambrosia beetle holes may be present. Live edges are present and may contain an occasional machine mark or check. Cookies over 20" long may have a slight 1/16" to 1/8" bow, cup, or twist. Closed grain makes this Maple species easy to finish! This piece has inclusions and splits. Please see pictures for details.
