These Douglas Fir live edge cookies and slices have been kiln dried and surfaced on two sides. Burl is very rare - this is the second time the owner has seen Douglas Fir burl! Some pieces have amazing burl eyes that will also have bark incursions. There are some splits and checks present usually at the center or on the live edges. These creative pieces are ideal for epoxy projects, end tables, coffee tables, and unique artwork. Ideal for resin-pour or epoxy filled. You can also add more reinforcement such as a support below the slab! This cookie has some checks and splits present.
