Brazilian Blackheart Turning Blank

This Brazilian Blackheart wood has a unique and very beautiful green/gray/brown color with a hint of red in some. This material is completely wax sealed. It has been cut for two and a half years as of September 2022 and does contain residual moisture, but has lost 30% to 50% of its original moisture. Occasional 1/16" to 1/8" deep checks may be present. This wood blank is ideal for turning. The patterns possible in this species are absolutely one-of-a-kind! This piece has inclusions.
